Sikh Leader Demands Fair Telecast of Gurbani and Calls for Action Against Indecent Behavior

Aam Aadmi Party MLA Inderbir Singh Nijjar has raised several demands regarding the telecast of Gurbani, saying that free and fair telecast of Gurbani should be ensured on all channels in accordance with Sikh maryada. He said that Gurbani is a matter of faith for crores of devotees and it should not be commercialized in any way. Nijjar said that any kind of alleged monopoly system on the telecast of Gurbani should be done away with, so that all channels get a level playing field. He said that the message of Gurbani should reach maximum sangat without any discrimination and without any commercial hindrance.
