He gave instructions to dispose of every objection and claim in a fair and transparent manner. He talked to the representatives of the political parties on the subject of registering their objections before publishing the final electoral roll. He said that the representative of any political party has any objection regarding the final electoral roll can appeal till 19th March. The Deputy Commissioner of Advertisement directed the officials that all the claims, objections and appeals received should be time-bound and disposed of as per rules so that no eligible voter's name is left out of the final electoral roll.
