It was not easy to maintain a balance between medical studies and film career. She maintained a balance between books and film sets for years to reach this goal. Recently in a conversation in a podcast, Sreeleela revealed about this struggle. She said that it takes a lot of "willpower and patience" to handle two big tasks at once. She said that one should have the ability to share their attention in two different worlds. She admitted that sometimes she felt that she was "going crazy." Yet she "enjoyed doing both the jobs."
