Suchika Tariyal Wins Bronze Medal in Mixed Martial Arts at Asian Games

Suchika Tariyal created history by winning the bronze medal in the Asian Games. Suchika has become the first athlete from India to win an Asian Games medal in Mixed Martial Arts. She won the bronze medal in the women's 60 kg event. She faced Singapore's Teo Hui Hoon in the semi-finals. This match has become a cause of great controversy, because the first result was in Hoon's favor, but later the match was declared a draw.
