New Delhi, તા.19: The doors of justice have finally opened for YouTuber and social media sensation Elvish Yadav. In the long-running Tok Venom case, the Supreme Court has dismissed Elvish's acquittal from all charges. A bench of Justices Surya Kant and Ujjal Bhuyan observed that the investigating agencies have failed to present any concrete evidence against Elvish. The court sternly remarked that the case seems to be motivated more by political motives than legal aspects, which has caused elation among Elvish's fans. The controversy began in September 2023, when snake venom was found during a raid on a rave party in Noida. Elvish was charged with serious sections like criminal conspiracy (120B) and the Wildlife Protection Act in the case. Elvish had always claimed that the videos that went viral were old and had nothing to do with the venom trade. The investigation did not prove that Elvish's direct contact with the party led to his eventual acquittal.
