The Supreme Court has sought responses from the Centre and the ECI on a petition challenging the absolute immunity granted to the CEC and the Election Commissioners. To this, Saurav Das, spokesperson of the Cockroach Janata Party (CJP), has reacted. He wrote on X that the Supreme Court will declare the absolute immunity granted to Gyanesh Kumar and others unconstitutional. After this, he will be imprisoned on charges of sedition. Sourav Das further wrote that new evidence of fraud committed in the SIR under the leadership of Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar has come to light. All elections are now under serious doubt. Let us tell you that according to The Hindu report, 1,021 applications have been submitted so far for deletion of names from the electoral rolls in Mustafabad Assembly constituency of Delhi. At least 77 percent of these applications have been filed by people registered as BJP's Booth Level Agents (BLA). The Supreme Court will declare the unconstitutionality and immunity granted to Gyanesh Kumar and others on charges of vote theft. Amit Shah, Home Minister of the Congress, said on Tuesday that after voting, others are waiting.
