Both were sent to judicial custody for 5 days for holding a protest without permission at Jantar Mantar in Delhi and violating the peace bond. Meanwhile, Indian Express reported that the sources of Tihar Jail have told the Chief Minister that Sourav Das has not been allowed to go to the same jail where no other prisoner has been lodged before.
