Trinamool Congress Suffers Setback: Close Aide Chandrima Bhattacharya Resigns

Former West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee has suffered a major setback once again. Her close aide Chandrima Bhattacharya has resigned from the post of state president of Trinamool Congress. Chandrima has resigned from all posts of TMC and sent her resignation to Mamata Banerjee. Chandrima Bhattacharya, a close associate of Mamata Banerjee, has also left the side of Mamata Banerjee. Chandrima Bhattacharya has resigned from the post of state president of Trinamool Congress within a month of taking charge. On 3rd of last month, Mamata Banerjee appointed Chandrima Bhattacharya as the state president of Trinamool Congress. Chandrima Bhattacharya has been a minister in the TMC government of West Bengal and has been considered to be the most trusted and close associate of Mamata. She has also taken the post of state minister of Finance, Health and Family Welfare, Land Reforms, and Refugees and Rehabilitation in the Mamata Banerjee government. Chandrima Bhattacharya is a sharp advocate and has been accompanying Mamata Banerjee in every political face.
