US President Donald Trump and PM Modi, who are in France for the G7 Summit, will hold a bilateral meeting today. Earlier on Tuesday, PM Modi and President Trump met and greeted each other during the outreach session of the G7 Summit. The two leaders shook hands and spoke ahead of the G7 Working Session on'Building New Partnerships and Restoring International Solidarity.'It is being attended by representatives of the G7 countries, partner countries, the World Bank, and the African Development Bank. The White House said on Saturday that the meeting will take place as the two leaders are about to join a working lunch with G7 leaders, outreach partners, and technology leaders. On his arrival in Evian, Prime Minister Modi said that he is excited to meet world leaders and discuss important global issues. He wrote "Looking forward to the G7 Summit and reaching out to French leaders."
