The move was made under security after an assassination threat from Iran. Earlier, the White House had reported that the president is flying on his official plane, but in fact he was shifted to another plane as a diversionary tactic. Trump went to Ankara (Turkey) to attend the NATO summit. For this, he met with Qatar and used a recently updated new jet. However, on his return, he decided to use a second plane amid security concerns and rising tensions with Iran. Trump wrote on the social media app Truth Social that he is traveling on an old Air Force One plane for nostalgia. In front of the camera, he boarded the same old plane, but later he was hidden by a truck at the airport. The White House sent several military personnel and journalists to the old Air Force One.
