Tumpa Koyal, Protest Leader, May Enter Politics Amid Kamduni Gang-Rape Case Protests

Protester Tumpa Koyal says that it is very difficult to agitate without politics. Is that why Tumpa is going to step into the political arena? One of the protesters from Kamduni fueled her politics-yoga speculation by saying, "It has been 12 years since I approached BJP state president Shamik Bhattacharya to contest elections. Now I am thinking that I will agitate under the aegis of any political party and stand by the people. That is why I have decided to join the BJP. Personally, I am very late. Now I don't know what the party will do. I have to accept the decision that the party will take. Because, I have come to the end. That will be the decision that the party will take." Tumpa Koyal adds, "We, the security personnel of Kamduni, have never supported the state police who are guilty of rape."
