Uddhav Thackeray Slams BJP Over Ayodhya Temple Allegations, Vows to Campaign Against 'BJP-mukt Ram'

In his speech, Uddhav Thackeray said Ram is not the property of any one political party. He alleged that the BJP played politics in the name of Lord Ram and now questions its morality after allegations of alleged irregularities in donations related to the temple surfaced. Thackeray said his party will raise its voice against such cases and hit the streets to campaign for a "BJP-mukt Ram." The case of alleged embezzlement of donations from devotees at the Ayodhya Ram temple has caused a stir in political circles in recent times. All eight accused arrested in the case were sent to judicial custody on Friday. Investigating agencies have so far reported the recovery of ₹1 lakh. The case is under investigation and many details are yet to be revealed. During the rally, Uddhav Thackeray also accused the BJP of breaking opposition parties. He said that the public is struggling with unemployment, inflation and farmers'issues, but instead of discussing these issues, Thackeray is creating political instability and claiming that the Ram temple will have a political impact in the time to come.
