UK's Provincial Governments Unite to Strip Westminster of Autonomy

The leaders of the provincial governments of Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland have united to strip Westminster (the UK central government) of autonomy and the right to hold referendums. The leaders of the three territories will sign a joint declaration at an unprecedented summit at St David's Hotel in Cardiff, Wales. The main purpose of this declaration is to decide the constitutional future of their respective territories and to pressure the central government to allow them to vote for independence. This is the first time that pro-independence parties are in power in all three of Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. Political equations have completely changed since the recent election results. Scotland's First Minister John Swinney has made it clear that the current administrative arrangements can no longer last and Westminster will have to accept a post-UK future. Swinney claimed that British Prime Minister Andy Burnham would have to face the bitter truth that history would remember him as the last Prime Minister of the United Kingdom if he had agreed to a political statement from the Scottish Parliament.
