Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority (UP RERA) has approved 10 new real estate projects of five districts. These projects will have a total estimated investment of 1412.55 crores and will construct 1632 residential and commercial units. The approval has been given in the 207th Authority meeting held at UP RERA headquarters. The meeting was chaired by Authority Chairman Sanjay Bhoosreddy. Ghaziabad topped in terms of investment. Two projects worth 957.20 crores were given the green signal here, including a residential and a commercial project. These will construct 625 units. Gautam Budh Nagar ranks first in the number of units. Three commercial projects were approved here. These will entail an investment of 281.64 crores and will develop 680 commercial units. Lucknow has 3 projects approved. Two residential and a commercial project will be constructed with an investment of 26.57 crores. A mixed project of ID2 > crores has been approved in Gorakhpur. A mixed project of 695 crores will be constructed in Noida.
