US Embassy Attacked in Iraq Amid Tensions; India Receives Oil and Gas Shipments

Baghdad તા.17: The US embassy in Baghdad, the capital of Iraq, has been attacked by drones and rockets. About six hours before the attack, the embassy issued a security alert for US citizens living in Iraq. Meanwhile, Israel claimed a large-scale airstrike in the Iranian capital, Tehran. According to media reports, several large explosions were heard in the northern part of Tehran. Amid these tensions, there is news of relief for India. Today two Indian ships are scheduled to arrive at Kandla port and Mundra port in Gujarat. Nanda Devi ship will arrive at Kandla with about 46,000 metric tons of LPG, while Jag Ladki ship will arrive at Mundra port with about 81,000 tons of crude oil. Both ships are carrying oil and gas from the Strait of Hormuz to India. Earlier, the Indian ship Shivalik reached Mundra port on Monday. The ship is carrying about 46,000 metric tons of LPG, which is equivalent to about 3.4 million cylinders of domestic gas.
