Uttar Pradesh Assembly's Monsoon Session Disrupted Over Ram Temple Issue

The monsoon session of the UP Assembly was stormy after it began on Monday (August 3). Meanwhile, the Samajwadi Party and opposition MLAs raised questions on the Ram temple issue. Amid the ruckus, the House was adjourned. Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya has launched a scathing attack on the SP's ruckus over the Ram temple issue. On the Ram temple issue, Keshav Prasad Maurya said, "Those who are supporters of Babur and Babri Masjid have no moral ground to speak on the offerings or donations of Ram temple. They do not have the moral right to speak. If they have to speak, speak on Gyanvapi temple. Gyanvapi was broken, speak on it. SP will pay a heavy price for this. SP is set to come clean." Keshav Prasad Maurya further said, "Samajwadi Party is a political party which has no faith in democratic traditions. The way SP insulted the House on Tuesday (August 4), Yogi Adityanath should strongly condemn it." He said, "The UP government wants to stop the preparation of a resolution in the Upper House on Tuesday."
