Uttar Pradesh Government Approves 30-Day Bonus for Employees Ahead of Diwali Festival

Just before Diwali, the Yogi Adityanath government of UP gave a big gift to the employees. The UP government approved a 30-day bonus. The Yogi government issued a government order for the financial year. From non-gazetted state employees to eligible employees of educational institutions, local bodies and district panchayats, the ad hoc bonus will be given. 25 percent of the bonus amount will be paid in cash. The remaining 75 percent will be deposited in the Provident Fund (PF). Retired and soon-to-retire eligible employees will get the entire amount in cash. There is also relief news for daily wage employees. A maximum bonus of Rs. 1184 has been provided. This decision of the Yogi government before Diwali will increase the joy of the employees'festival. Every family has some shopping to do this season. The bonus announcement is a relief for the pocket of the employees. According to the government order, the maximum monthly salary for calculating the bonus has been fixed at Rs. 7,000. On the basis of this, the eligible employees will get the maximum benefit of Rs. 6,908.
