Valmiki Organizations Protest Against Desecration of Dr. Ambedkar's Statue with Ludhiana Bandh

In protest against the desecration of the statue of Dr. B. R. Ambedkar in Ludhiana on Tuesday, the Valmiki organizations of the district have announced a Jalandhar Bandh on Thursday, September 10. The organizations have announced to close all the markets, markets and business establishments including malls in the city from 9 am to 5 pm. However, some Valmiki organizations have also announced to close the railway track or national highway from 9 am to 4 pm on Wednesday, December 10. During this time, the educational institutions will also not be closed.
