Village Children Suffer Amidst Dilapidated Anganwadi Building Conditions

The Anganwadi building in Veribhovada village in the interior of Kaprada taluka of Valsad district is in a dilapidated condition for a long time, due to which about 75 small children have to study amid great difficulties. Due to the pathetic condition of the building, it is dangerous to seat children here, now they are being given education by sitting in other people's houses in the village. According to the locals, this problem has been persisting for a long time, but no effective steps have been taken by the responsible system. Anganwadi workers have also been forced to teach the children alternately, which is adversely affecting the quality of education. There is a lot of resentment among the villagers. They have demanded the construction of a new Anganwadi building immediately. The villagers are of the clear opinion that no solution is acceptable to the future of the small children. Now it remains to be seen how long the local system solves this serious problem. However, in many places in Valsad district, Anganwadi education has been provided to the children.
