Extending its quite unique and ‘loved-up’ Valentine’s Day greeting on X, the oval office shared a series of greeting templates that caught the attention of netizens. From ex-Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro to Greenland , a set of political greetings featured on White House’s curated ‘Made just for you’ cards. Let’s decode them one by one. The first card showed the picture of blindfolded Maduro, who was captured by the US and deported to New York, last month. The picture is framed like a Valentine’s card, complete with “To:” and “From:” lines. “You captured my heart,” the card read. In the second image, US President Donald Trump could be seen holding an executive order with the edited text that read, “UR My Valentine”. The third card showed Democratic Senator Chris Van Hollen meeting a man who was wrongfully deported to El Salvador by the Trump administration despite a court order halting the move. Their images appeared inside a heart shape, alongside the text: “My love for you is as strong as Democrats’ love for illegal aliens. I’d fly 1,537 miles to have a drink with you.” The fourth card featured a heart-shaped graphic containing a map of Greenland, again with a “To:” line continuing the Valentine’s theme. Notably, Trump has been pushing to annex Greenland, a move that has drawn severe international condemnation and concern before he apparently went silent on the issue in recent weeks.
