World Leaders Attend State Funeral of Former Iranian Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei

After the passing away of the former Supreme Leader of Iran, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, the eyes of the world are fixed on his state funeral. His funeral and last rites are being organized after many months, in which representatives of all the countries of the world will be present. From the Indian side also many prominent personalities are arriving in Iran at the political, religious and governmental levels. Bihar Governor Syed Ata Hasnain, Union Minister of State for External Affairs Pavitra Margherita, Congress leader Salman Khurshid, PDP chief Mehbooba Mufti and Jain Muni Acharya Lokesh among many Indian representatives will go to Iran to bid farewell to Khamenei. Iran has sent an invitation to senior BJP leader and former Union Minister Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi. However, it is not yet known whether Naqvi will go to Iran to attend this event. India informed on Thursday that the country will be represented at the state funeral of the former Supreme Leader of Iran, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei. Bihar Deputy Governor and Indian External Affairs Minister Syed Hasan Attaheri will visit Bihar on 3 July.
