Youth Dies, Another Injured in Mutual Dispute-Related Incident in Rajiv Nagar

On being informed, police reached the spot and started investigation. Police have also called FSL (Forensic Science Laboratory) team for scientific investigation. According to Rajiv Nagar police, prima facie it appears to be a case of mutual dispute. One youth has died in the incident, while the other is undergoing treatment. The accused party is being interrogated and the weapon used in the incident has also been recovered. The deceased has been identified as Priyesh Ranjan, a resident of East Champaran, while the injured youth has been identified as Raju. Adalapatna SSP office informed that considering the seriousness of the incident, City Superintendent of Police (Central) Mamta Kalyani herself inspected the spot. Scientific evidence is being collected with the help of FSL team and police are thoroughly investigating all aspects.
